Glimma for Giveaway Day
Welcome, it is the time for the Sew Mama, Sew Giveaway Day week again. I have this bunch of fat quarters of Glimma by Lotta Jansdotter for you.
*** The giveaway is now closed, thank you for your interest.***To enter to win, leave me a comment and if you like, let me know what quilt or sewing projects are on your list to make this spring or that you wish were on your list. For a second entry, follow my blog in some manner (be a follower, via bloglovin, as a subscription, by email, or whatever - there are buttons on the right if you are new here) and let me know that you do and how you follow in a second comment.
This giveaway is open internationally and will close on Friday May 10 at 6 pm MST. After that I will draw the winner using the random number generator.
Please, please, put your email in your comment or make sure it is connected to your profile. If it is not you will not be the winner. I will draw another.
One more time, this giveaway has been open for one hour and I already have a number of comments without emails attached to profiles. Oh my Lord I can't believe you can bear to give this away - Glimma is just lush! On my to do list are Thimble Blossoms Flower Garden, Denyse Schmidt's Cog & Wheel and X-Rated from Carrie Nelson's Schnibbles x2 book. At some point I need to find time to make the Amelia dress from Green Bee and another couple of Figgy's Zephyr dresses for my girls! Wishful thinking perhaps...

ReplyDeleteI'm hoping to make a quilt, my first, but I don't have the magazine with me today so I can't tell you the name of it. It's basically all HST arranged in a pattern using 4 shades of one color. In the magazine it's black and 3 grays, but I want to do 4 shades of fuscia or something else bright and cheery.

ReplyDeleteI was going to try and finish some WIPs this month. But since our plans to move have come back forward again then I doubt any more sewing is going to happen.
ReplyDeleteSo these would be lovely as they could get me just started in a project once I get to NZ since my stash will be all packed (but I'll pick up my sewing machine at the other end before everything goes into storage).

ReplyDeleteOh I love the glimma! it is a great collection. My sewing projects are the Modern Irish Bee quilt, the stash bee quilt and the fabric basket for the swap .. all next to some bee blocks! Oh and I started a donation quilt today so thumbs up that it gets a success!

I have quite a few projects lines up... I'm doing the Retro Rubies QAL, the Patchwork Please! Zakka QAL, as well as continuing the Aurifil DOM blocks, Skill Builder BOM & Sugar Block Club. I also just ordered a bunch of fabric to make a Swoon quilt. Lotsa sewing to keep me occupied for a while!

One is a black,white and yellow strip quilt and the other is a Christmas quilt using Blitzen fabric that I purchased last year, but I'm thinking that if I start it now I should have it finished for the this Christmas.
