I had the best time at the Fat Quarterly Retreat this weekend! I met wonderful people, had excellent teachers, learned new stuff, ate well, and really enjoyed myself. That is just a teaser photo of my English Paper Piecing class, although I must say I did not take a lot of pictures, I was too busy meeting and making friends.
For now, the hotel internet is acting up and I have to travel home. There are many posts linked at the kinky party - here - to read all about it while I run the gauntlet of airports, security, customs, and 8.5 hours of flight. I will share more with you myself later.
For now, see you later London - I hope to be back next year. You should plan come too!

Thank you for being part of such an amazing weekend - it was only great because of all of you.
Since you were one of the ones who arrived by plane, you will have to tell me what you packed for the retreat, When I was reading about everyone taking their machines, quilts to put on their beds and all the class supplies I worried that I would not be able to go next year...so a traveler's version of a report will be wonderful! So glad you had a good time.
