Would you like a 241 Tote? Giveaway Day begins.

241 Tote

Welcome to Sew Mama Sew's Giveaway Day. I am giving away this 241 Tote, which I made from the pattern by Anna Graham at Noodlehead. It is made from Amy Butler fabrics that were in my stash.

241 Tote

The inside features a large pocket and a snap closure. I had a lot of fun making this tote and I recommend the pattern.

241 Tote

My name is Leanne and welcome to my blog. I hope you might take a minute to look around at the quilting projects that I share here. You do not need to follow this blog to enter the contest, but if you like what you see, I would love you to follow along.

241 Tote

It could be hanging on your door handle. If you would like to enter to win this tote you need to leave me a comment on this post. Only one comment per person, please (I will remove extra ones). I plan to relax a lot over the holidays, so please recommend a book or a movie to enjoy while sitting by the fire.

I will draw a random winner after 6 pm on Friday December 16, 2011. If you have not attached an email to your profile, please leave it in the comment. If there is no way to contact you, I will draw again immediately. I am happy to ship anywhere in the world from my home in Canada.

Edited to add: Already I have a bunch of "no-reply" comments. Please add your email to your comment if you are not certain your email address is attached to your profile. If I cannot reach you and you are the winner, I will draw again.

I am also giving away some fabric - Echo by Lotta Jansdotter, so if you have not entered that contest, please click here to do that now. And click the button to go back to Sew Mama Sew so you can enter the rest of the give aways.

Thank you everyone, this giveaway is now closed. The winner is Debra

Enjoy the contest hopping!

Best,

Leanne

I've seen this pattern a lot lately, would be nice that someone has made one already instead of me having to sew one. Your AB version is very pretty. I don't read so can't help you there, not sure about a movie either except for kids ones like Tangled.

Flaun of I Plead Quilty! said...

Boy, a book or movie? I don't really read much other than quick, fun stuff. My latest book was Dallas to New York (or was is New York to Dallas???), one of J.D. Robb's In Death series about a homicide detective in 2060. Sometimes racy with the love scenes, which really makes it all the much more fun. As for movies, I hardly ever see them any more, but I love the Harry Potter series, especially the later ones when they get darker and the kids' acting is better, or the Lord of the Rings series, but I have the directors cuts - highly recommend those.

Happy vegging!

I love the Amy Butler fabric! I made an outfit for my niece last year using the blue print in the middle.

There are so many books I could recommend... It depends on what you like to read. My reading philosophy is "fun, enjoyable reading only". So, I tend to read paranormal romance books and lately historical romance books, along with some contemporary fiction. I did just read a book called The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon and it was really good, too.

What a gorgeous bag! I read The Help over the summer and then saw the movie, which is amazingly identical to the book. Both are great and I think now out on DVD. Enjoy! And have a Merry Christmas. b.moews@gmail.com

Love this bag! I recently read "The Night Circus" - I thought the ending was a little rushed, but overall a beautiful story.

I recently read Pride and Prejudice for the first time (I know!), so I'd recommend that. Seems perfect for in front of a fire.

I love this pattern and you picked such great fabrics. If you haven't read it already, I really like The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls.

To answer your question: Yes, yes, yes! I would love a 241 bag. This is gorgeous! I'm in Canada too - cheaper postage if you send within the country, wink wink.

If you haven't read the Hunger Games series yet, I highly recommend it! Just don't start it at bedtime or you'll be up all night!

Beautiful bag, and I'd love to have it.
As to the book - have you read The Wind in the Willows? I find this book perfect for a read by the fire. They made a cartoon out of it, but it has none of the book's charm.
